I would be careful to equate 'not knowing the time of His return' with not being omnicient. When Jesus was talking about not knowing the time and the hour and only the Father knowing, that was a positional statement of the Son being in subjection to the Father. He was not putting His diety aside He was still part of the godhead and therefore still God.
