I posted this blog on Tumblr for comments and this is what someone had to say: "That isn't Neil Young, it's Bill Siddons, The Doors' former manager. Do a google search of The Doors and Bill Siddons and that image will come up repeatedly as well as photos of Siddons that show he had a slight resemblance to Neil back in the 60s. But it isn't Neil."
That pic. looks quite Neil Young and Morrison they must have crossed paths one day or another at the LA party "circuit", what I do know for sure is that Crosby couldn't bare standing in the same room with Jim, and that Janis kicked the living daylights out Morrison's once -also in LA- Party, party & hardy, there was no other way to go rock artist way back when, nowadays this art is fading away with the new "party circuits"

Not sure if that's Neil but definitely Robbie Kreiger standing behind them.
The "Neil" in this pic looks to be wearing a big silver wedding band. If other pictures from around this time period also show Neil Young to be wearing this type of ring on his 3rd finger left hand that might help authenticate this picture.
That's not Neil, not even close.
