I can't stand TO. Few, if any, players have annoyed me more in the years I've been watching football. With him, it was always about him. That said, he's had a great career, and if it's based on his performance, then he's definitely a first-ballot HOFer.

Lets see he has the same number of super bowl rings as Chris Carter but worse numbers. And guess who is still waiting to get the call to the hall. Owens is a primadonna with everything having to be about him. In my opinion he should never get in.

As a Cowboys guy, I hate TO as much as the next guy, but Warren, if your criteria for induction to the HOF is a Super Bowl Ring/s and numbers better than Chris Carter the only WR in the HOF is Jerry Rice. Primadonna - yes; Everything about him - yes; but objectively what he did on the field at his position puts him in the HOF. He changed defensive coordinators gameplans with his physicality on the edge. You can't deny him that.

By the way, Carter will be in next year and if not, the year after that, but he will be in. His call is coming.

he should get in for sure...he has numbers that are only second to Jerry Rice...TO has been portrayed in the wrong light...everytime I've met him, he's been a cool and nice guy...go 9ers...

Hines Ward deserves 1st ballot over these two. 2 Superbowl wins, yes 1 loss ( like Moss & TO combined 0-2) and one Super Bowl MVP. He doesn't nor will he ever have their numbers, but he is a 1 team guy and always showed up. Hines also holds quite a few team records that were made by Hall of Famers.
