Simple, she admitted in the beginning she knew the poor baby was gone.
She was found, sadly, tossed away.
So 3 possibilities
1- it was an accident ie: drowned in pool ( I didn't see evidence of this claim)
2- she maybe left the child in the car and came back to find her passed away
3- she vindictively took her life away
1- no
2&3 - murder 1
what's so complex ?

I've been watching trials for years on TruTv, and if one this is true, Florida jurors usually do not have hung jury's. they have spent over $216,000 on the jurors alone for room, board, food, etc, I don't think this jury is going to let Judge Perry down. Murder 1 will be the verdict. Sometimes circumstantial evidence is all you need. 31 days before reporting her missing, and that's only because her parents found where she was hiding out!
