My youngest son is a Marine who was in the Iraq war, at it's beginning; he is still active duty. I have always had a heart for our military; my brother retired from the Navy and my father was a pilot in WWII. The Vietnam war was a very confusing time for those of us who were young; I could not relate at all to the disgraceful way those returning from it were treated. I have a passion for the healing of all people, especially for those who put themselves in harms way, for the sake of others.
