imagen if they stop people from smoking in thier apts where they should be free to do what they please, this is a true invasion of the smokers privacy and they have rights too, but if the lady is paying the neighbors rent then she can tell him he cant smoke in his apt, because she pays his rent... till then mind your own business what people do in their homes is non of your beez wax
