Rain is a must need for fresh environment, free from germs and diseases atmosphere, fresh trees and fields, and also for underground water level. So it is not the 'Rain's fault' that Karachiites face power, sewage, traffic etc. problems. It is responsiblity to the all concern athourities to take measure to avoide such problems where Karachi hardly receive rain 6 to 12 days in a year.
