If you could, would you be a stay-at-home mom/dad, rather than go to work?

YES! - There are precious years before they don't need you anymore. And I would want to be there for each day of them

NO - I prefer to have my coffee breaks and adult conversation. I'll see/love them when I get home

Maybe - If I could do a work/life balance. Work a couple of days from home so I wouldn't waste time commuting, but still get work done
