Your survey didn't cover what I want as far as new features for Twitter. I really would like to see Twitter's (along with other services' mobile sites) to be improved. I use m.twitter.com to read my friends' timeline in the past. That site doesn't offer the replies tab or the directs tab. I'd really like to see those tabs added to the Twitter mobile site.
I wish we could favorite certain people we're following in order to follow them more closely in a separate tab - like follow clients in one tab, and friends in another, and new peeps in yet another tab - something like that... that'd be uber cool!
By "i can't filter conversations" I'd have to clarify by saying I'd like to be able to check in at any time and get "caught up" on any conversations that may have been important to me. Not necessarily directed at me, but perhaps some honed in filtering on specific people I'm following (or specific terms).
It's a cool tool, just wish it were easier to manage the incoming / outgoing content from this channel. I like how it's been embraced by third party application developers, but would like to see more of this functionality native to the application itself - regardless of platform (Mac, PC, etc.)
This is an awesome tuck-in for Twitter. Becuase twitter pipes into my fb status which shows up on hundreds of followers social graphs, I can essentially tweat to learn instantly about a category, client, issue, etc. Twitter is becoming more conversational and relevant everyday, thanks to the API. Good spot, Rodney. Cheers! silva
