I think Victor is behind the whole thing, I believe he forced Billy out of town and I believe Victor is holding him in a cage. I wish Victor would just leave Victoria and Billy alone, they make a great couple. I think it was totally wrong for Phyllis to take custody of Lucy, Billy and Victoria were great parents and Phyllis sure doesn't deserve mother of the year. She hardly ever has Summer and I can't wait till it comes out that Jack is Summers father not Nick.
