It has been the soundtrack to my drive to and from work for the past couple weeks. Overall, I enjoy the production more than the actual lyrics. But it has grown on me. I just posted a review on my site feel free to check it out and comment on it (Sorry for shameless plug Rod and Karen, I'll buy the beer stein this weekend. The mug has been great addition to my desk.) Kanye seemed mad at the world on a few songs on this album. My favourite songs were "Murder To Excellence", "New Day", "Illest Mothefucker Alive" and surprisingly "Niggas In Paris" has grown on me a lot.

The album is great! I can't get enough of it. Jay Z dissing beans, Kanye doin his marvin Albert action on. The production was get minus the swizz beats song, he looks like an eye glass and nose joke set and a whistle had sex and conceived that nigga. But this album has everything even SWEET BABY JESUS!

It's a pretty good album. Part of me agrees with Mudslinger in the sense that we tend to allow a production more time to grow on us if we already like the artist. That being said, 'Watch the Throne' is solid.

The more I listen the greater it gets. For example I didn't really like the way jay was singing at the beginning of "murder to excellence" But I really listened & ingnored it....Great song with a good message & clever wordplay. I'm really starting to think people are saying negative things about this album just to have something to say.

it was god, glad to see kanye brought something to the table. but i thought jay was taking some time away from rap.

That shit was average at best. If we didn't know who these niggas are, this wouldn't even be a polling question. We've lowered the bar so much now. If you compare it to Big Krit, this album is a throw away. If Krit is like TBGWT, then this is like Steve Harvey, entertaining yet disappointing.

Can't say that I hated the album, but there were songs that didn't pull me in or I completely hated. There is no question that after My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, I expected more production wise than what was offered here. Whether it's wrong, can't say but that was where I was coming from. Murder to Excellence, Why I Love You, New Day are tight. In the end its an album that I can't put away. I'll keep listening because there are enough solid to extraordinary songs not to.

Its a dope album. The production is mad ambitious, and Jay and Kanye really don't disappoint too often lyrically. Its not the most epic album of all time, but its good.

Its a great album. I honestly don't understand why so many people were so quick to call it wack after 2 or 3 listens. Also, who are these idiots that thought this album would be similar to My Dark Twisted Fantasy? They obviously don't understand that neither Jay nor Ye has made consecutive albums that sound the same. Its a great album, people need to open their minds & ears and just listen.

Great album. It just seems like Jay & Kanye had fun making this album & it shows throughout. It's sort of like getting together with old friends talking shit for an hour... Good music gives me that feeling.
