  The Ribbon could be what I have been trying to find for a long time: a portable way to keep insulin cool for longer than a gel pack. If it could be recharged by a small solar cell, it would make many people's lives easier. I hope it has a chance to be developed, regardless of the results of this contest.

  Are you kidding me? The ribbon is awesome, the induction heat plate is just as awesome and they get the least votes? I want a ribbon, like today. The other stuff is Jettson's crap
