I loved it in Pontiac, but it is a disaster in Royal Oak. It's too crowded, the police are parking-ticket happy, and there isn't a good stage for big-name acts. Fifteen dollars for parking is robbery. We used to find open areas where we could park for free in Pontiac, or pay $5. Besides, Pontiac needed the festival for both the uplifting experience and the business. We won't be going this year. Move it back to where it belongs.

$15 for PARKING??? If they didnt rip people off for parking and the threat of getting a ticket if you park on the streets. More people would go. Now Pontiac has their large stage empty where they use to have great concerts at the arts beats and eats. Where is the BIG stage in Royal Oak??

The city has taken this event as an opportunity to write parking tickets. I'll never return as long as the event is being held in Royal Oak.
