CHRIST DIED FOR 'THE PROMISE - THAT AFTER HIS DEATH THEY WILL KEEP AND SPREAD HIS TEACHINGS, BUT ALSO BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO BECAME A KING OF HUMANITY
(so they killed him, to send a message to the future HIM that if he reveals himself again it will end up the same way..... People would abuse his powers and make experiments on him until he dies again)
ALSO, CHRIST WAS VERY TIRED AND HIS JOB AS A TEACHER WAS DONE..
