From the choices given its a real tough tear between Oceans and Fight Club. Lets not forget the excellence from Snatch!
I enjoyed his performace in Seven. Would've been nice to see the head at the very end.
Brad's one of those great actors who can do anything and make it work.. but the question can be looked at in at least two ways: performance or picture. Performance-wise, I'd choose Seven Years in Tibet, although he has been quoted as saying '(he) wished he had never made that picture'. Speaking in terms of pictures however I go with Meet Joe Black where his own acting is great as the young lawyer but mediocre as Death. Why? Because the overall movie was exceptional!
