Rahul and his Congress has billions of dollars stacked up to buy the votes. Modi not much. Money, synonym of corruption, Congress, have to win all. Rahul is only a face of the Corrupt Congress.

I don't think UPA is so fool and spineless that it will fight 2014 election under leadership of Rahul. There are many senior and capable leaders in Congress. Howeever if Rahul ask to lead UOA just because he hails from Gandhi-Nehru Parivar, it will be a big blow to UPA and Indian Democracy.
