You shouldn't get a last meal because one of my friends just got murder by a drunk idiot who who went on a mission to kill. He waited in the bushes and my friend happened to be there at the wrong place at the wrong time. So the idiot shot him with a deer rifle. So no, idiots like him do get a last meal.
