I just voted for anc 6b to stay as it is, yet you counted it as put those 6b folks into 6c. I do believe that this must truly be a DC voting machine. As long as you count votes this way it doesn't make any difference if DC has the vote or not. And who is 3132766 that shows up when I try to vote.
