We have recently had descriptions put on the Culture Grid and the main problem was mapping from ISAD to Dublin Core - which I think Europeana also uses. It does map, but not exactly and the problem is the inability of it to link between levels to show an entire collection. Our on-line catalogue is not yet available - when it is this will show our online description when the reseracher clicks onto the entry. Otherwise it's the way to go - there's a lot now on the Culture Grid.
