IF THESE HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE DROPOUTS ...AS MOST PLAYERS ARE..INCLUDING KOBE AND "THE KING"..(WHAT A JOKE) DIDN'T PLAY BASKETBALL AND HAD TO MAKE A LIVING AS THE REST OF US DO...THEY WOULD PLAY FOR A "MEASLY" ONE MILLION /YEAR....OR SOMEONE ELSE WOULD....
AND IF THE OWNERS WEREN'T SO GREEDY THEY WOULD SUGGEST THAT BOTH SIDES TAKE A HUGE CUT AND THEN THEY COULD LOWER THE TICKET PRICES....FROM AS MUCH AS $2500/SEAT...THAT'S FIVE THOUSAND FOR TWO COURTSIDE SEATS ....AND ADJUST THE REST OF THE TICKET LOCATIONS TO A PRICE FOR THAT COULD BE AFFORDED TO THE AVERAGE FAN ...BUT AS LONG AS DUMBASS FANS CRY FOR THEIR NBA MILK AND DON'T TAKE A STAND, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BEND OVER AND TAKE IT FROM THEIR 'HEROES'...WHO DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEM...AND WHO CHANGE TEAMS AND LOYALITES FOR THEIR OWN HEDONISITC EGOS.....AND THAT MY FRIEND IS THE $$ TRUTH...AGREE?
if the owners were not making money salaries would not have escalated as they haveso fo owners(even newerr one) to claim poverty doesn't add upthe NBS Hhasn't decreased in popularity,yet though it is bound to now and the fault lies with the owners for not sharing the pie w/the people that make the product popular.
