Where do you draw the line on free speech?

There is no line. All speech must be protected.

When people’s safety is at risk. You shouldn't be allowed to cry "Fire" in a crowded theatre.

Speech that advocates violence against an individual or group should be against the law.

Any speech that promotes hatred of individuals or groups must be curtailed.

Any form of prejudice should be brought before human rights tribunals.

I'm not sure.
