If you were/are collecting Social Security today how would/will an added 3.6% affect your choices?

I would spend the extra cash on something I've been holding back on purchasing.

I would go back to purchasing something I had given up during the economic slump.

I wouldn't change my spending habits because Medicare prices are going up too.
