Why should Vilma venture into politics- a world she's not familiar; a ground she's not at home with, nor skilled. Why? Why? She can stay in the entertainment because that where her home is- there are still one thousand one things she can do to serve the people in the industry and the public. I have no right to jusge Miss Santos, but I have some doubts really! Sorry...
I am not saying that Vilma should not be given the National Artist Award, but for her to be given ahead of Nora Aunor is a total mistake! And please do not include Vilma's political career because that's outside artistry-you know that for sure! Let us all be willing to lay the achievements and qualifications of both one by one and let us all be objective in all our considerations. Yup, we are all highly educated and let's talk like ones. We are not giving up the fight for national artist!
