People not getting off their backside to walk a couple of steps across the office, perferring to send an email that goes back and forward for an extended period of time, where a 2 min face to face conversation would of sufficed and increased efficencies.
I get annoyed when people forward email without applying any context

My 'other' is other people using reply all when:
- the conversation has moved on from the topic in the subject line, or
- is very specific and involves only a few people
and is no longer relevant to me.
To those people I say - learn to use forward and address only the people you need to.

When people reply to your email but don't seem to have read it.
And I agree with the Chris Jenkins comment about the CC list.

I find it so frustrating when people feel the need to copy senior management and anyone else they have on their e-mail list in on e-mails. They think it makes them look good and at the same time embarrasing the reciepient.
