The idea that these people think that it is legal to set up a squatters' shanty town in a public area which is subject to civil, provincial and federal laws was wrong from the start. They can protest all they want within the guidelines and the rules of law but they can't break the law to serve their own purposes. I think the judge absolutely made the right decision in not allowing this to continue.
