The pro's of a cap is good for the taxpayer but because of excessive mandated expenses denies dollars for truly necessary items such as pay raises, maintenance and other things needed. It is time for out schools to tell Albany and Washington to go pound salt. It is time for us as voters to tell Albany and Washington to give our schools their fair share without the strings. It is our tax dollars.
