I don't normally comment on these things but I am a bit disgusted by some of the comments. If you are not a fan of the character or actress - why are you here? This world is full of people who can't help but be nasty to/about others. And calling Cote fat?!!! Seriously?!!! That is just out of order and uncalled for, and complete nonsense. Surely the creator of this poll should do something about this. I'm all for people having opinions, but use them constructively. On another note, Go Ziva!

Does Claude Rains lack of a French accent detract from his performance in "Casablanca"? Does Paul Henreid really look like somebody who has spent time in a Nazi POW camp in the same movie? And does that detract from his performance? I'm sorry, but again, IMO, de Pablo's Hispanic accent has nothing to do with the subject at hand, her crushability. As for who she is going up against -- hey, you compete against who they throw you up against in these deals. I think she would be doing well, no matter what. And I doubt she is going to be gone anytime soon, as the network saw fit to give her a new, two year contract, one in which she makes the same amount of money as Pauley. How any of that also affects the crushability issue mystifies me. Doesn't seem to be making much of a difference in the outcome.

so glad Ziva is winning,I love her so much she has become my all time favourite character ever.
and Cote is an amazing actress her eyes show so much emotion she is just fantastic and a lovely human being too.
Ziva sucks and she's gonna lose eventually... no way she has more popularity than folks like Sydney from Alias, Scully from X files or Abby from NCIS.
Ziva is nothing but a stale, filler character who brings nothing to show, her acting is ridiculous, how hard is it for her to put on that really bad fake accent, do a few kicks in the air and then scrunch up her face to make it look like she has feelings all of a sudden and she's fat - she looks like she's never seen the inside of a gym - how can you play a federal agent that way - I think pauley needs to take cote for one of her workouts.
There are loads and loads of fans who can't wait for Ziva to be gone, gone, gone.

@Samuel...I believe the point about her accent was made to show that she is not *that* great of an actress because she can't even do a decent Israeli accent.
@Barbara...Just because someones opinion doesn't agree with yours does not make them a "hater" and saying something like that about the person who has a different opinion than you? Well, it doesn't exactly put you in a very good light.
The only reason ziva/CdP is winning this round is because she is up against an actress in a TV show that hardly anyone has ever heard of. I'd like to see how "crushable" she would be up against Abby/PP...crushed is more like it!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This beholder says Ziva is totally crushable. As for the actress that plays her since it has been brought up I think she is a fantastic little performer very talented. And back on topic as Tony said "who doesn't like hot girls with guns".

Totally agreee, nothing crushable about Ziva , her character is such a poor example for women, her acting is stale , her character ridiculous, not to mention he looks like she's aged about 15 years from that picture they are using.
ziva as crushable is a complete joke....with her widow's peak & non-existent Israeli accent - which sounds way more Hispanic - added to a snarky, sarcastic mouth, a need for anger management classes, a tendency to assault people, a crush on her would be highly ill-advised. oh & those are just the character's GOOD attributes!

Ziva is a extremely poor example of a strong women. I personally don't think the actress is all that talented, getting by on her looks. (which will fade as she gets older) Most crushable? Sure...to teenage girls who want to "be just like her" and to guys who only want to sleep with her...IMO
