So happy that crockpots are in the lead! Winter has hit here and we need something warm and slow-cooked!
I was going to type up a note about braised, but Matt sums it up perfectly! Never at a loss though, I just love love love braised meats or non-meats.
One crocked dish (preferably a roast type) can keep me fed for a week, and keeps me out of the freezer aisle, which keeps all my doctors happy. Need a new crockpot idea, please.
