who ever said asad is nt a good player need 2 look at the matches he has played, he neve played the first few games inthe world cup but whn he came 2 play in the later stage of the world cup he neve disappointed with the bat, nad regarding umar akmal he is very good player but he cn not stay at the creas 4or lng asad and azhar are very good players at test, asad should play 50 overs game he cn play in the middle overs keep the score board ticking
Umar should and msy replace Asad Shafiq. First of all Asad is a medoicre player as his his game is limited and you can see he plays for himself. He will never be able to impose himself on the opposition. He has only performed on dead pitches against week bowling. Secondly we so much need some one to add bit of aggression in the batting line up. Currently we have too many palyers who play so defensice that you feel they are killing the game. Azhar Ali has such a negative and defensive approach that he makes look Taufeeq and Younis as agressive players. Against top oppositions we have the same bating line up not only we will struggle but will never be able to raise our game. I hope common sense prevails and we come out of this negative mind set.

Umar Akmal is not a test player at all. He is a great player for T20 and ODIs.
