Where are you on the burnout scale?

Burnout? I'm as fresh as a daisy - happy and brimful of creative ideas, sleeping like a baby, healthy and excited about life.

I'm a bit tired. I use caffeine or sugar to get through the day. I feel a little pushed. I'm not always getting enough time for my own interests. I just need to make it to the holidays.

It's a struggle, but I'm okay once I get going. I get every bug that goes around. My memory's not great. I'm flat or overemotional often. I dream of a different life.

I'm there. Everything's an effort. I don't know how I'm going to keep going. I'm miserable. I don't know what makes me happy any more.

I'm broken. I can no longer function properly. My health is wrecked. I'm depressed and without joy. My dreams seem impossible now.
