Honestly, I'm shocked that it's so close. NCIS is a very popular show and, while it was popular, the X-Files is no longer airing. Plus all the NCIS characters so far (in the male bracket as well) have pretty much dominated. Still, I am so happy. DANA SCULLY FOR THE WIN! X-Files forever!

Seriously, Scully all the way. Hard science, and she shot down Mulder more times then I care to count. She always relied on hard science, and her faith to pull her through. Even as she battled cancer, she had the strength of Mulder's belief to pull her through. Crush on her all day as a strong woman in a male dominated world. She gave meaning to small and firery. Yeah she got her a@@ handed to her a couple of times, but it was always by bigger, stronger. I have yet to see a truly vulnerable side to the coffin sleeping Abbey. Scully is kick a@@ and all WOMAN!
