There should be an inquiry into why unskilled labour is making in excess of thirty dollars an hour, while many skilled workers are making less. There should also be an inquiry into why industrial companies in Canada are forced to pay such high tax rates. But there should not be an inquiry into why Caterpillar closed its plant in London.
