Reliability - Must be consistently available and show up as promised

Professionalism - I want friendly and courteous uniformed drivers that show up in well marked vehicles

Price - I am on a budget, so the price needs to be very reasonable

Promptness - I don't like to wait

Trustworthiness - I don't like being ripped off or overcharged
