Of course I would NOT drink reclaimed wastewater. Nor should anybody else. It contains the DNA of antibiotic resistant genes. This means someone could be infected with a deadly bacteria/virus "superbug" and spread it to others. The reclaimed wastewater treatment plants CAN NOT remove the DNA (genetic material). It's russian roulette. Ask the National Academy of Science if they considered the survival of DNA in their study.
