Companies/corporations should take care of their own cyber security. Once a "cyber crime" has been committed against them then it's a matter for the police. Companies/Corporations will ALWAYS try to dump cost off onto other to improve their bottom lines why should we the tax payers who are already subsidizing these same companies/corporations though tax breaks / shelters pay more just so they can improve their bottom line?. the Vote is baited. most people are for pursuit of criminals thus will vote yes. but then added is "and prevent". the Prevention part is 100% the companies/corporations responsibility and tax payers should not pay for that.
