    I would like to use the habit of meditation to form the foundation for all of my new and improved habits to come. I have had a recent realizations of awareness in my life after going threw a devistating flood followed by a terrible divorce. I have an amazing 4 year old son that needs me. I have followed Zenhabits, read most of your books, as well as 40 other books over the last 2 years and have made leaps and bounds in my thinking. I have also lost 50lbs, and much more. Currently finishing my 3rd master cleaned (day6) and I am feeling more focused and in the moment than ever. I started the meditation habit this morning. Thank you Leo, I hope to follow in your blogging footsteps.
