Teachers are to teach.
if they want to dress causal then they need to do it in good taste they are in a leadership position and kids they teach are like sponges they will absorb what they see

They are there to teach but set a decent amount of respect,modesty,professional, teaching and maintain an appropiate style that represents they are dignified and repected and properly well mannered.Their disposition should be looked upon as a decent,educated,well groomed person to be looked up to and learn from.They should take care of their appreance as well as their minds.
