The reference to the theater as the "Chapter 11 Theater" was at best insensitive. Without Kodak film there would not have been a movie industry.
Strange comment about having to drive 45 mins from Beverly Hills to find a black woman when only two weeks before that a very (allegedly) wealthy black woman died at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. Bad Timing.
I'm glad Billy Crystal thought it was a big joke to make fun of Kodak going into chapter 11 & a lot of good people are losing their jobs. If it was one of you losing your job you would not find this funny. Kodak was the place to work not so very long ago & now it's the butt of hollywoods jokes. They are a great company & they did a lot for Hollywood. Obviously most of you don't live in Rochester NY where this is heartbreaking to us.
Oh please !! Lighten up people ! Billy Crystal did a great job as per usual . And how was his joke about traveling 45 minutes from Beverly Hills to hug a black person offensive ? It was funny because it's true .
Crystal's comment concerning KODAK's current chapter difficulties was out of line!! Where would Hollywood be without Kodak over the last 50+ years. To those of us that worked for this great American Company his comment was offensive!!!

I enjoyed his comments especially the "your name here" comment about Nameless Theater formerly Kodak Theater.
Kodak should be praised for providing thousands of miles of film to the movie industry. Without it where would Hollywood be? Making fun of the theater name is ok, but "thanks for the memories" would be nice too.

I actually VERY much enjoyed Billy Crystal's hosting gig. He did a ton better than any award show host in recent years, save for Neil Patrick Harris. He brought old fashion humor and class to the show. Can't believe people are offended by HIS jokes, when they think Ricky Gervais and Sacha Baron Cohen are geniuses, or spend their time watching reality tv and willfully take in half the trash on it!

Billiy Christal comment was just as corney as Chris Rock comment about what to call black people. Crhis rock should know better than to make a joke regarding black people. I was highly offended with what he said
