Asking if Angelika Graswald killed Vincent Viafore at this point in the investigation is a stupid question and a waste of a survey question. How can the layman reader possibly form an opinion on this topic?

It's difficult to determine given the severe lack of information provided in the PJ article. In this country, there's a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. So how can anyone vote "yes" and call him/herself an American?
