Assuming this means a restaurant that is Vegetarian and Vegan friendly/A Farm-to-Table restaurant/Plant-based. The Rosendale Cafe, Karma Road, and Nimai's Bliss Kitchen all come to mind - veggie friendly, and they pile the veggies high. Flavor surely isn't lacking - Excellent food! :-)

Probably. If I knew what a "plant-forward" restaurant was I could tell you for sure. Does it mean the plant items are served first? Or they plant replacement items ahead of time to make up for harvesting other plants? Or the restaurant is in front of a large industrial plant? I think I've eaten at all those versions so I'm going on record as "yes".
