It used to be A and P in pleasant Valley but now it seems no one over the age of 22 is ever in charge. Lights are on to show registers are open but workers (?) cluster around one or two registers and talk. Girls at the "Courtesy" desk have been downright rude. They have lost a lo of business due to this.

If you want to have a good laugh, watch the guys collet the carts in he parking lot one at a time. Bring in an adult to oversee this store.

No. I'm always amused by the notion of being "loyal" to a retail establishment. They need to be loyal to me if they want my business. They aren't rock stars and this ain't a fan club.

Goods and price are the drivers and the irony is I often have to make trips to Hannaford's, Adam's, Stop&Shop --all three in order to come home with want I want. Hannaford has good prices and, a big plus for me, doesn't use those infernal shopper's cards, SS in Poughkeepsie often has to be visited for the items Hannaford's doesn't offer, and then for those special items--Adam's is a must. But how tiring and gas consuming! Either get them all together in one place or expand the inventory for the major retail chains.
