The last honest Commissioner/Mayer from Sinajana is Mr. Frank Santos back in the 60's/70's. There was no such thing as casino for funds raising. There was bingo but it was sponsored by the Sinajana St. Jude parisoners and not for the commissioners in their own factisious project.
There is not one thing done in a responsible way on the operation of the casino or the collection of money , reporting of actual total amount collected and how it's being spent . Totally corrupt and very sleezy operation , shut the casino down !
How much did each mayor receive from last years carnival , casino , cockfight and bingo earnings ?
How did each mayor spend that money ? What did they repair , improve or build in their village ?
Why is it so hard to get any info on this and why is Hoffman spinning it and reluctant to give any info regarding this issue ?
