Its a sensitive issue for me as a local (Chamorru). To me, it sums up the true meaning of how we express our love toward everyone. (either by lending a hand, sharing, or caring,..in their time of need) It strikes a cord in me every time i see someone suffering, struggling, or begging, as means of survival. Just like a rare disease, researchers need to focus more in finding a remedy or solution to cure it. Do we really need a rocket-scientist to figure this out?
