Help should have come only a day or two after the declaration by the President. Still 11 days later the full effect of FEMA has not been felt by majority of the people!

Water is still a major problem and people can't work since they have to get water for their families during the only times water is open to the public. 10 am to 5 pm is not the best time for water to be available. How can people get back to work when they will miss out on the water if they stay til 5pm.

Getting people back to work is one of the first major sign of getting back to normal and moving forward!

Thank You Lord for FEMA in Saipan. Please continue to help those who are needy and poor. I pray that You will meet all those who are hurting at the point of their needs. I pray that they will trust You in everything. I pray that You will pour out Your Spirit upon the hearts of the FEMA volunteers, the people of Saipan, and all those who are coming in to help. I pray for those who have helped Saipan who are not in the News but have contributed in some way. I pray for those who are abundantly blessed to bless others who are in dire need. Thank You Lord, Amen.

I am glad that they are here to help us. I have heard negative comments about the way they handle the assistance. If anybody have a better way to handle the situation and better equipped, I will salute you. Otherwise, we all should be thanking them for their assistance.
