John was more the icon he was the father in so many way for homeless people in our community. Me and my family we proud to be part of all event because legacy should continue for ever

I attended and participated in many of the events John ran. It was an honor to be in his presence. John was also there for me whenever I ran an event. Although I should not have been surprised, he unexpectedly showed up and and helped me with the Golf Tournament I ran to raise money for the wheel chair Veterans of Castle Point. You never had to ask John, he was just there when you needed him. He will truly be missed by the Hudson Valley community.

john was an icon in our city and loved everyone equal. He will be missed by the souls who he touched. If you never met him its a shame , he was an angel to many. See you there John and see you dancing with our lord.
