It doesn't matter if the cuts lead to layoffs. Why are Senators and the Governors spending their 40% raise, retro pay, and getting an 85% retirement fund for life? Why are we paying you money just to take it from others that need this money. If you really needed the raises then you could of held a hearing to show all your figures and how Guam Government could sustain what you said you could do? Now that there are a few Senators coming to the table to restructure the spending you can't handle this? What are we paying you for let alone why did you ever get a 40% raise? It hasn't even been a year yet and it has been brought to our attention that you lied? Give the money back all of it, then make the cuts as needed. We are not in California were the Senators votes count in the U.S. Senate, we are in Guam where our Government continues to show why you are all related to me. Governor Can you please change your name back to mine so you can properly represent who you really are to the people!
