The Navy spent 18 million to build a LEED GOLD brand spanking new from the ground up 80 person barracks room building with granite countertops and ceramic tiles galore. 18 million and energy certified. While GovGuam spends 260million to repaint and old building. What a freaking rip-off.

Tiyan high , $260 million the high cost for a former barracks repainted to accommodate students . Now some shady corrupted crap is going on with that deal and Calvo and Cortech is involved ! $260 million for a building worth 10% of the total at the most ! This is Calvo's vision of saving Gov Guam money ? For $260 million that school should have a modern design with green technology incorporated into it , that school should look like $260 million , the Ferrari of all the schools on Guam . That school looks so outdated and ridiculous to think it cost that much .
Maybe if I squint and view it from a distance after a couple of herbal cigarettes with high thc content ingested it would maybe look like a $260 million dollar school facility . LOL! Thanx a lot Gov Guam ! You sure know how to make a deal .
