I think they should cut all the educators of Guam's salary until we students really improve. we are lowest in the nation with SAT scores. Give increases to the schools that perform well. DOE gets 300 million dollars but our kids still struggle to learn. Money is not the answer. It is not working
Absolutely 100% the spending should be reduced ! Their pay raise should be recinded or at minimum reduced !
