In my opinion the GPA should be privatized. The Government of Guam should turn the GPA to private Co. The people of Guam are fed up with all the politics on dealing with there power outage etc. So please I'm in favor of privatizing. And deal with important issues that benefits the people of Guam.

Privatizing the island power system will be one of the best things for the island. If it was privatized, adequate power will be generated, preventive maintenance will be on schedule and all nonpaying customers and that includes Government of Guam will have to pay their bills on time or risk getting their services cut. GovGuam has no business in this program and should stick to running the government. The hospital needs to be privatized too in my opinion.

Most Definitely! The Power Industry needs to be more cost efficient, competitive, fuel efficient, customer based, and reliable.

Absolutely privatize like in mainland USA and Hawaii. Get the govt out of this business so they can focus attention to schools, police law inforcement. Should also do the same for water. Do it

I have no idea who is running the power plants in Guam. It matters not who they are. They are clearly incompetent and all of them should be fired immediately. The US Navy or power experts from the mainland need to take over an bring some expertise here. These incompetent people had their chance and they just cannot get it together. They never ever will. How many years do we have to deal with these power outages because of stupidity and incompetence?
