I recieved an apology letter of regret from the Gov. that my application will be further delayed because of 2015 legislators' unwillingness to grant commercial leases...yet this same year, my neighbor just got his lot when he set chairs and canopy for Gov's his re-election

Should be called "Chamorro Land Distrust!!!" Whole concept is a sham and just another means for dishonest government officials to secure land for their family and friends. Some of those awarded have moved off-island and are not even using the land as intended. Employees of the Land Management and Chamorro Land Trust have secured huge amounts of land for themselves. Totally unfair for those who have waited and waited. Have given up and not interested anymore. Anyway, we can't take the land to heaven or hell and just need it for present living. Who needs it after we pass away and we still have not gotten the land we applied for. Very unfair to change beneficiaries of those who passed and pushing others off the list as intended. Keep your land, government officials because karma will come around!!!!!!

Who is auditing this division? I know of people who have been living off island and their land is left idle. Or two members of one family getting large tracts of land. What are the chances of this happening? So mismanaged as usual on Guam.

Since the onset of the land trust, land was given at random and out of registration sequence and more specifically to individual (s) acknowledged by the Chief Executive or Administrative managers that were politically supportive and or related. To this. Date, after almost 20 years my children are still waiting to be called. My children are not holding their breath, they are having a family of their own.

The CLTC does a terrible job at ensuring the lands are used for what they are intended. Farm land has turned into homesteads.
